REGISTRATION INFORMATION To support National Programmes, and to inspire ideas and solutions for the tasks ahead, it is proposed that representatives of various stakeholders from the different European countries meet and openly discuss issues of common interest and make recommendations to guide their work in future years. Therefore, individuals from the different stakeholder groups, with expertise and interest in the different aspects of National Programmes, are invited to attend. Potential participants are encouraged to register for the Workshop. The final selection of participants from each country will be made in close consultation with the respective ECP/GR National Coordinator. The Organizing Committee strives to accomplish good representation of the different stakeholder groups that are involved in building National Programmes throughout Europe. fee The
workshop fee is 200 Euros and will include the following: -

are due on 31 December 2002, at the latest. All cheques must include 15
Euros to cover handling costs. A cheque should be payable to the Swedish
University of Agricultural Sciences and sent to the following address: Swedish

and acknowledgement A
confirmation letter will be sent out to you upon receipt of your registration
form and fee. Once the registration fee is received, the registration is
regarded definitive. If you have not received the confirmation by 1 February
2003, please inform the Workshop Secretariat. Please also note that the
confirmation letter must be presented at the Workshop for registration on 24
April in the morning. Change
of participation Please
fax, post, or e-mail any changes of your registration directly to the Workshop
Secretariat by 1 February 2003 at the latest. Confirmation of the latest
changes will be sent to you by email. Please note that changes cannot be made
over the telephone. Cancellation
and reimbursement A written cancellation to participate must be received by the Workshop Secretariat by 15 March 2003 in order to obtain a 70% refund of the participation fee (140 Euros). Notifications received after this date will only be refunded, as above, if a valid medical certificate is presented.
