General objectives of the Workshop:
Exchange experiences in designing and implementing National Programmes;
Summarize the current status of National Programmes;
Discuss and facilitate the implementation of the relevant international agreements;
Identify major constraints in design and implementation;
Develop common recommendations.

Expected impact:
A greater understanding of each other’s approaches, limitations, needs, improvements and initiatives, which will attract a broader acceptance and stronger commitment from decision-makers in each country.
